Veggie cups
Lunch! This is what I was craving while on the juice fast.
Romaine cups with spicy jalapeño/cilantro hummus from Trader Joe's, mini tomatoes, radishes, cucumbers, red pepper, carrots, and green onions. Mmmmm. Crispy, crunchy, creamy goodness!
Those look really good! I'll have to try that with my homemade hummus.
